ICB AMCL at a Glance

ICB Asset Management Company Ltd. is a subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB). The Company was created as a part of the restructuring programme of ICB under Capital Market Development Programme (CMDP) initiated by the Government of Bangladesh and the Asian Development Bank. The Company was incorporated as a public limited company with an authorised capital of Tk. 1.00 billion and a paid up capital of Tk. 50.00 million under the Companies Act, 1994 with the registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms on 5 December, 2000. The Company obtained license on 14 October, 2001 from the Securities and Exchange Commission under Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules, 2001 to carry out the mutual fund activities.
